About this business

PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

Eveeyone was very nice and professional. The wait time was amazing and so quick. I took my son to his pediatrician because I just felt there was more than just a cold. He has a double ear infection and sinus infection. I'm thankful my son was seen but disappointed that it wasn't treated here.

I showed my 6 year old who was sick with congested nose and cough and ear pain to the doctor. The doctor checked her throat and ears. Stated that her ear was a little red but not impressed. And later checked her lungs. I was directed to give my daughter Motrin and saline mist. When we left, my daughter’s ear pain got worse. We took her to another urgent care. In addition to checking her throat and ears, the doctor took a swab of her throat. Maybe an hour later, it was confirmed that that my daughter had strep throat. A swa... read more

Awful. 1.5 hour Wait time with an apt. No rapid flu tests. Left with no diagnosis.

Get a new doctor . Nonchalant personality. Asks you what’s going on then minimal reception to what you say . 2 visits with my children and both times disappointed . This is an urgent care that DOES NOT test to confirm what’s wrong . First time you tell me my child is fine . That same night screaming and crying . Next morning go to pediatrician and child needed antibiotics for ear infection . second time no confirmation of flu by testing regardless of showing symptoms . Don’t find the doctor informative at all . You tell m... read more

I recently brought my baby to your pediatric urgent care center for a scheduled appointment. To avoid the long wait times often experienced at hospitals, I opted for an appointment, expecting a more efficient experience. However, we faced a significant delay before being seen, while several walk-in patients were attended to ahead of us. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in medical settings, but it’s important to honor scheduled appointments to maintain patient trust. Could you please clarify your policy o... read more

I took my daughter there last night. Knowing it was probably the flu and wanting a flu test so we could get her tamiflu. The doctor suspected covid, no test, yet still gave her a nebulizer treatment and steriods and sent us on our way. She never tested for covid or the flu. Her reasoning was that the results would not come back in time. Since when do urgent care or doctor offices not have rapid tests? After spending the money for urgent care I had to go a pharmacy to buy covid and flu tests, which she tested positive for th... read more

We came in 2 weeks ago Sunday for congestion and runny nose. My daughter was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given antibiotics. 6-7 days later my daughter developed a rash all over her face and body. We brought back in on a Sunday to urgent care and were told it was Coxsakie (hand, foot and mouth). We asked if it could be a reaction to the medication and advised absolutely not and to finish the course of antibiotic. We are not medical professionals but the diagnosis seemed wrong. We were home All week nursing the sinus ... read more
