Service was excellent, I had no complaints whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctors are so knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The office is super clean and very kid friendly. Definitely my go to urgent care.

My experience was ok, the only thing that could have been better was that the last visit you guys should have taken into consideration that my son was previously in your office 2/3 times already and still had an on and off fever. During that last visit instead of stating “viral” you guys could have recommended us to the ER. On 2/9 we took our son to the WMC children’s ER and come to find out he has pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia, he is now taking 2 antibiotics, amoxicillin and liquid Z-pack. I brought my daughter in due to concerns about her symptoms, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The doctor was very cold and dismissive, and simply said she was “fine” and had a cold without much explanation. There was no reassurance, warmth, or effort to address my concerns as a parent. She kept telling me to suction. When you’re worried about your child, bedside manner and clear communication really matter, and this visit fell short.

I had made an appointment and arrived early. They took walk-ins before us, and we were the last to get in for a check-up. I was absolutely disgusted by the process; it seemed like they were making us wait on purpose because of our appearance. I felt like I was being discriminated against. Imagine how this affects my kids after seeing that happen.
