My experience was ok, the only thing that could have been better was that the last visit you guys should have taken into consideration that my son was previously in your office 2/3 times already and still had an on and off fever. During that last visit instead of stating “viral” you guys could have recommended us to the ER. On 2/9 we took our son to the WMC children’s ER and come to find out he has pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia, he is now taking 2 antibiotics, amoxicillin and liquid Z-pack. I had made an appointment and arrived early. They took walk-ins before us, and we were the last to get in for a check-up. I was absolutely disgusted by the process; it seemed like they were making us wait on purpose because of our appearance. I felt like I was being discriminated against. Imagine how this affects my kids after seeing that happen.

Service was awesome , in this season kids develop some kind of condition, virus , bacteria, the staff were professional and calm in a waiting room full of sick kids. Received great care here than Westmed ridge hill, and I’m a regular at Westmed (go figure) , NP Kyle discovered some finding which Westmed didn’t , diagnosed my child, Administered treatment , Discharged with instructions . Now my child is recovering & improving. Thank u!
The staff were awesome & professional in this chaotic season, I expect to wait a bit longer than usual to be called into an examination room. My child received. Better care at PM Peds than Westmed Ridgehill, NP Kyle did a fantastic job on diagnosing my child and administered care & treatment . The app/software makes registration easy peasy to check in and completing forms

We were seen by a nurse not even a doctor! No care whatsoever . The nurse said they didn't even have a covering my my kids wound . We should go buy at CVS? This place has always been we're the bottom of the class doctors and nurses end up.. Last time I'm going there for the no service or treatment of sick children! Horrible staff

Eveeyone was very nice and professional. The wait time was amazing and so quick. I took my son to his pediatrician because I just felt there was more than just a cold. He has a double ear infection and sinus infection. I'm thankful my son was seen but disappointed that it wasn't treated here.
I showed my 6 year old who was sick with congested nose and cough and ear pain to the doctor. The doctor checked her throat and ears. Stated that her ear was a little red but not impressed. And later checked her lungs. I was directed to give my daughter Motrin and saline mist. When we left, my daughter’s ear pain got worse. We took her to another urgent care. Awful. 1.5 hour Wait time with an apt. No rapid flu tests. Left with no diagnosis.
