We were taken back shortly after our scheduled appointment time. Only moments later did we swiftly get seen by the nurse/MA to triage our visit. She was very empathetic and cogniscent of my son’s symptoms and needs. The physician was just as great. She was patient, provided great care and did not send my son home from the visit until she was fully sure and confident upon the diagnosis and that he would be heading back home in much better condition than he arrived. I been visiting PM Pediatric urgent care for a while, I honestly love this clinic. I'm able to make an appointment online and choose the time that is convenient for me. When I arrived with my kids they see me right away, doctors and nurses are so amazing. I couldn't go to another place.

Dr Cohen was absolutely lovely. She put my 12 year old child at ease after he suffered from a school related injury to his nose. Her bedside manner was just what my child and I needed at the time. The two receptionists at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind.

Service was excellent, I had no complaints whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctors are so knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The office is super clean and very kid friendly. Definitely my go to urgent care.
