Service was excellent, I had no complaints whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctors are so knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The office is super clean and very kid friendly. Definitely my go to urgent care.

My experience was ok, the only thing that could have been better was that the last visit you guys should have taken into consideration that my son was previously in your office 2/3 times already and still had an on and off fever. During that last visit instead of stating “viral” you guys could have recommended us to the ER. On 2/9 we took our son to the WMC children’s ER and come to find out he has pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia, he is now taking 2 antibiotics, amoxicillin and liquid Z-pack. We were seen by a nurse not even a doctor! No care whatsoever . The nurse said they didn't even have a covering my my kids wound . We should go buy at CVS? This place has always been we're the bottom of the class doctors and nurses end up.. Last time I'm going there for the no service or treatment of sick children! Horrible staff

Eveeyone was very nice and professional. The wait time was amazing and so quick. I took my son to his pediatrician because I just felt there was more than just a cold. He has a double ear infection and sinus infection. I'm thankful my son was seen but disappointed that it wasn't treated here.
