Our doctor was so so kind to our grandson. She goes above and beyond and always helps us find instant results to any pain occurring for our grandson.

We were very happy with their services. Our go to place when sickness arrives. .
We made an appointment and the office was very understaffed and an appointment that should have taken 15-20 minutes took over two hours.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIME ESTIMATES- DO NOT WALK IN.This is a deceptive business- they bait you in with the promise of a short wait time, and lie to your face when you check in about how long it will be. This is unacceptable for a PEDIATRIC office where sick/injured kids are not in their most flexible state. They take ALL booked appointments before walk-ins, so if the website says it's a 5 minute wait for a walk-in, be prepared for a 2+ hour wait, even if they tell you it's less than an hour at check-in. I brought my 9-month-old to PM Pediatrics in Braintree after she fell from the couch. She cried immediately, I nursed her to comfort her, and since it was her nap time, she went to sleep. It took me a little while to wake her, but she did wake up, cried, was alert, and later woke again on the way to urgent care.
