Lovely staff and providers were great with the baby but they hadn’t caught an ear infection and we had to return the next day with a ruptured ear drum. Was still billed for the second visit

I understand the care for my toddler was good, but for my oldest, who was 21, I'm far from grateful. My son was turned away on the day of his appointment in Dedham. He was sent there because his enzyme levels were high, indicating a possible heart attack or stroke, but he never made it past the door. They said they couldn't help him. Sadly, my 21-year-old son was buried on 2/16/2024, and no one ever called to ask about his care or my opinion.
