There was no wait when we arrived as a walk-in on Sunday 8/10 at 8pm. The paperwork process was cumbersome as a first time patient. We were brought to the patient room quickly and immediately saw the medical assistant but after that waited 30 minutes to see the provider. With a 10 month old sick child this was extreme and will impact my decision whether to return. The MD on duty said the other provider was sent home. Thank you.

Waisted time and money every time I come here. They do nothing and send you home with a sick child that you will need to take to your pediatrician the next day

We typically visit this urgent care due to its convenience, especially since my daughter has been frequently catching colds lately. However, my perspective changed last Saturday night. At 10:35 PM, we arrived at the urgent care facility in Dedham. I recognized that they were nearing closing time, but they were still open until 11 PM. Despite making an appointment, we still had to wait over an hour to even be callled into a room. Our pediatrician recommended this place bc you could do a chest Xray. The dr determined this wasn’t needed and insisted my son had the flu. He wasn’t going to do a rapid flu test only the send away one until I insisted. The nurse was incredibly rude when she came in to do it. When my son said “thank you”, she didn’t even look at him and said “mm-hmm” and walked out. I felt rushed and unheard. That is very concerning to me especially after waiting 3 hours for my child to be seen.

Horrible job on my daughter. She had a perfectly clean cut over her eye which the dr decided to glue rather than listen to the more capable nurse who suggested stitches. And he glued the wound open rather than shut for a massive scar. Totally incompetent. Do not use this place!

It felt very rushed and my toddler who already felt uncomfortable around doctors felt even more uncomfortable. The first person who got all of our information just seemed like she wanted to be out of the room as quickly as possible. I thought maybe they were busy, but that’s not the case considering I could hear a group of ladies chatting from our room. I took my daughter to urgent care because she was experiencing a severe cough that kept her up throughout the night and impacted her functioning during the day. OTC Medications were ineffective. The Visit was extremely brief and a bit rushed. The Dr. Said there was nothing we could do for the cough. It was unhelpful.
