I had one of the worst experiences at this urgent care today. We arrived around 5:30 PM with both of my children because they had fevers. We were there because our children were sick and needed to be seen, but the front desk made the situation much more difficult than it needed to be. We already had a card on file for one of my children because she had been seen there before.
