The staff and clinicians were welcoming, efficient and thorough. We were a walk in so it did take a little longer but the staff was apologetic and hard working despite the limited providers available. We received a follow up call and message on the portal to give us a final update. We will definitely be back if we’re not able to go to our regular pediatricians office. Dr Holly and her nurse were professional. When they couldn’t help my child’s situation they immediately referred us to Boston children’s hospital. And even took their time to preregistered us at the emergency department so we didn’t need to wait long there. They did not even charge us anything for taking a look at my child’s injury. I greatly appreciated it. And my child is on her way to recovery!

Don’t bring your kids here Was turned away with my 5 years old because the front desk staff couldn’t find the insurance information. Came here couple times in the past ,they never did anything.just send me back to ER .

Went there for a sick visit for URI sx, waited about an hour and 30 mins to be seen, with an appt scheduled. I get it some days are busier and that this particular date there was only one MD on staff (os so we were told afterwards) and this doctor was nice and apologetic .. but we waited so long after vitals were done, no one came to check on us or even notified us of the doctor running behind, the doctor came in and “evaluated” my child for about two minutes and offered a popsicle and an apple Juice to see if he could “keep... read more
