I found the doctor on call to be borderline rude and I was seriously concerned about my daughter and although the lovely lady at the desk questioned whether we needed to go directly to the er, whomever she spoke to in the back to her to check us in. All the nurses were lovely

Wait time was as good as ER. Checked in 5:11pm, seen @5:50pm, with 1 pt ahead. What was most annoying was hearing what seemed to be a prospect employee interview follow-up as we sat waiting. Explanation from NP was on point, I giver her credit. But I ain’t coming back. Thanks for the service!

The doctor in that place was so rude and had no personality. My 3 year old son fell asleep because we were waiting for over an hour and a half but honestly the wait was no big deal. The doctor seemed so annoyed with him being asleep and was asking some rude questions. You work at a pediatric urgent care you should expect that! The doctors I go see at an adult urgent care have more empathy than her. The receptionist and the nurse were great though. Too bad you can’t give a rating for the staff individually.
