I been in the pm pediatric walking at the rockville location and I can really express my satisfaction this place is great if you do have children who need minor emergency is way better than all the hospitals and even better than the regular pediatricians I'm very happy with the attention and the attitudes the stuff dedicated to the children's I highly recommend 👌

CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were the only other present in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely rude. She started out the exchange by saying well give me a minute and then it went downhill from there. She told me basically to go sit down by saying she sent me a text message so that I could fill out the forms, there was no text message and when I went to ask her about it, she became even more Disrespectful. I didnt like i made the appointment and i wait still half and hour to be seen
Wonderful care by nurse and doctor but our appointment was at 9 pm and we weren't seen until after 11 pm. What is an appointment for? You shouldn't be allowed to make an appointment online if PM Pediatrics can't see you within 20 minutes of your appt. time.

I took my kid in due to a sports injury and asked for an X-ray. Provider looked at his wrist and was knee and said it was just a sprain. The next day we went to MedStar Urgent Care; they actually took an X-ray and found there was a fracture and knee effusion.
