We came in for a head injury and waited almost two hours. I was a bit surprised they didn’t prioritize based on “why” you were there especially as once we saw the physician we were immediately sent to the ER due to the severity. Dr. Elliot had incredible bedside manner and delivered not easy news with such calm and reassurance. She also made our transfer to the ER seamless. Once we got to the ER, they were ready for us and that was in such great thanks to the team.

The medical assistant was really kind tried so hard to put my child at ease. The doctor seemed thorough and competent. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked.
