Came in for a strep test and the lab result stated that they used the incorrect swab. Couldn’t perform the most basic service.

Took waaaay to long and ended up just doing telemedicine
I won’t go again. Appointment at 2pm, waited one hour before seeing someone. In between at least one family, arrived after us, was seen before. Then waited again 30 minutes to have a rapid test result. Many years ago, I chose PM Pediatric Urgent Care to avoid long wait times at the ER, and not clogging their waiting room with a worrisome deterioration of my child’s health, but nevertheless not life threatening. I still find the concept good, but it doesn’t work.
Doctor was not friendly at all rude at times
No follow-up or follow-through after a positive strep test. Doc said that the clinic should have called in a prescription upon receiving the positive test. That didn't happen and then the office/PM Pediatrics is COMPLETELY unreachable before noon. Bad experience.
