L the doctor only was in the office to check out my child less than 5 minutes. Didn’t care to do any testing to be sure it wasn’t other than a skin rash. Turns out it was a scarlet fever and strep.

2nd horrible experience at the front desk. Our first Time at PM pedi was sometimes in 2025, we took our 7 years old child at around 10:15 pm. After we spend few minute they told us, they don’t accept no more client. We left the place and drove to children hospital ER. Last night. on Feb 21st at 9:15 pm was our 2nd time with our 4 years old child non stop vomiting and lethargic . Terrible experience, I came in with my daughter that had a high fever, high heart rate, all of the cold symptoms you could think of. She has an underlying condition so I quickly decided to make a stop here to at least get a rapid in-house test. Walked in 20 mins before they close, the receptionist was willing to send me away because they close at 11, he did not acknowledge the fact that I left home that late for the well being of my daughter, besides they had 20 mins to do what they had to do and go home. CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were the only other present in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely rude. She started out the exchange by saying well give me a minute and then it went downhill from there. She told me basically to go sit down by saying she sent me a text message so that I could fill out the forms, there was no text message and when I went to ask her about it, she became even more Disrespectful. I didnt like i made the appointment and i wait still half and hour to be seen
Wonderful care by nurse and doctor but our appointment was at 9 pm and we weren't seen until after 11 pm. What is an appointment for? You shouldn't be allowed to make an appointment online if PM Pediatrics can't see you within 20 minutes of your appt. time.
