Nurse and doctor always great, the problem is front desk , I went there with an appointment and they had 3 walk- ins go in first than me , while I was waiting like an hour . I’m a very understanding person but I just think if you have an appointment is for a reason .

I been in the pm pediatric walking at the rockville location and I can really express my satisfaction this place is great if you do have children who need minor emergency is way better than all the hospitals and even better than the regular pediatricians I'm very happy with the attention and the attitudes the stuff dedicated to the children's I highly recommend 👌

The front desk and CNA Brenda, and the physician Manikumar were great! Very informative and helpful. The other cna that administered my son's medicine was rushful, inpatient and unprofessional. She came in and rushed giving my son his antibiotics trying to hurry to give him the meds. As I'm leaving out of the office I see that she was heading out and into her car. So she was rushing meds in my infants mouth so she could leave work. That is ridiculous! The place was clean but it was a banana peel on one chair and a used tissu... read more
L the doctor only was in the office to check out my child less than 5 minutes. Didn’t care to do any testing to be sure it wasn’t other than a skin rash. Turns out it was a scarlet fever and strep.
