The front desk are horrible,but the nurse and the doctor were great.
We waited for two hours, even though we had an appointment. The physician touched my son’s knee lightly with two fingers. Then said it’s a sprain and told us to wait it out. I had made the appointment because his primary care physician told us to get an X-ray from urgent care. The urgent care physician refused. So we waited for two hours for a 4 minute appointment where our concerns were dismissed. It was infuriating.

Slow. Understaffed. Rapid COVID and flu tests unavailable. If better staffed, I bet they do much better.

The actual care we received was fantastic. Both nurse and doctor. My issue is the up front receptionist. There was a person in the lobby a young girl native ten years old with her dad who was coughing significantly. So much so that I got up and went to the other side of the lobby with my son. They should have insisted she wear a mask just in case but failed to do so. In my normal doctors office this is standard expectation. By uncomfortable experience.

Came in for a strep test and the lab result stated that they used the incorrect swab. Couldn’t perform the most basic service.

Took waaaay to long and ended up just doing telemedicine
I won’t go again. Appointment at 2pm, waited one hour before seeing someone. In between at least one family, arrived after us, was seen before. Then waited again 30 minutes to have a rapid test result. Many years ago, I chose PM Pediatric Urgent Care to avoid long wait times at the ER, and not clogging their waiting room with a worrisome deterioration of my child’s health, but nevertheless not life threatening. I still find the concept good, but it doesn’t work.
