As soon as I knew my son needed to have his ear checked out, I thought about PM Peds urgent care. I looked up appointments available on the website, and I was relieved to see they had immediate openings. I was able to fill everything out online. When we arrived to the office, everyone was SUPER nice! We were out within 30 minutes. My son was appreciative to know what was wrong with his ear and have a plan!

Receptionist and both nurses/technicians were incredible. And we were the last customers in on a Saturday night and they stitched up my daughter‘s knee & assisted the fainting Dad.

I like going to pm pediatric because they are focused on children. It is always easy to get an appointment. Staff and doctors are always wonderful. And you never really have to wait.

We went in for an ear infection, and my child's ears needed to be flushed, but they’re autistic and were already in meltdown mode so I was nervous on how they would handle it but the MA Maddie was so beyond professional and helpful that we were not only able to get their ears flushed, but figure out what was causing the infection and get them feeling much better and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help. My son broke his finger, so walking into the clinic was not planned. We walked in, was greeted and within 10 minutes they had us in the back. I love that there was an on-site xray machine! The nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly. We were able to get it splinted and out within 30 minutes. So thankful I didn't have to go to the ER!
