Staff nice, Dr was great. They did put us in a room that smelt horrible, finally I noticed human feces on the floor. Told staff and they handled it. Rooms need to be inspected in between patients.

The Staff was very Nice, the atmosphere in there was Nice also. Cool Castle set up. I Loved the Doctor. She was really Nice and knowledgable. My daughter was comfortable with her. My only problem was the wait. We didn't get in until an hour after our appointment time. Also it says they take appointments before walk-ins but the walk-ins were going in first.

I have been to PM pediatrics as a walk-in and with an appointment. The office is clean. The office staff are friendly and professional and the medical team are great with children. It’s so convenient to be able to schedule a same day appointment around convenience when my child is sick.

I walked in and got a 9:05pm appointment, but didn’t realize my husband made a 9:30pm for my daughter. I told the team when I noticed, and waited. I then got notice that they cancelled both appointments and wasn’t brought back until 10:10pm. We weren’t seen until almost 10:30pm, and for less than 5 minutes, and the provider just said to wait and see how she does. The provider also bashed what our PCP had done yet didn’t offer anything to help except a school note, though she said my daughter didn’t have to stay home. Very ... read more

NP was in and out, had and attitude, and no compassion for my baby. When I asked questions about the issue I came in for, she seemed annoyed. Very unprofessional for a serious situation.
