The PA that saw my daughter wasn’t kids friendly! I felt like the visit was super vague and was rushed.

Definitely wasn’t happy at ALL!!!! The so called doctors and assistants didn’t listen to me and just brushed me off. Not Okay.

Dr Bhatt is a complete moron. Says my 3 years old has simple allergies meanwhile he has a barking cough congestion wheeze and fever. Few hours later we ended up in the ER with croup. As a healthcare provider myself I couldn’t believe her terrible bedside manner and incompetence. Don’t use her at ALL!!!! She needs to be retrained at the very least

Despite having an appointment, I waited for nearly an hour to be seen. When I was seen, the PA that did my exam was fully adjourned in PPE, which is fine, but she did not do a full examination - specifically with regard to my sinuses. My mom has been taking us there for years when she could not get an appointment with our regular pediatrician. If I ever return to that office, I will request that I not be seen by that PA. The student did a better job than she did.
