I understand your office was busy due to the influx of flu and rsv but my daughters weight was taken, no vitals no temperature, just a flu swab and we were left sitting there for 45 minutes so we left. I was then called an hour later asking if we were seen and proceeded to be called a liar and argued with when I told the woman On the phone her vitals weren’t take. She was just swabbed and left to sit there. This is the worst expierence ive ever had at this location

They misdiagnosed my daughter! The PA said she didn’t have Coxisackie. Well she developed more sores and went to pediatrician today. After i sent her to school this morning.

I walked in and got a 9:05pm appointment, but didn’t realize my husband made a 9:30pm for my daughter. I told the team when I noticed, and waited. I then got notice that they cancelled both appointments and wasn’t brought back until 10:10pm. We weren’t seen until almost 10:30pm, and for less than 5 minutes, and the provider just said to wait and see how she does. NP was in and out, had and attitude, and no compassion for my baby. When I asked questions about the issue I came in for, she seemed annoyed. Very unprofessional for a serious situation.

Was a long wait in the waiting room over 40 minutes and another 35 minutes in the room waiting for someone just for an ear flush. There wasn't too many other families in the waiting area maybe four others
I’ve taken my kids here a few times when it’s a weekend and their regular primary Dr office is closed or if I cannot get them into their Dr. It seems every time I get told “it’s viral”. About a year ago they overlooked RSV with my daughter and last time my son ended up with a double ear infection despite again being told it’s viral and he was running fevers as well. The nurse practitioner that saw us was great when she was examining soon in the room. She finished her examination and said she would give him Tylenol for his fever and left the room with no further instructions. We waited a while in the room then went to the front desk area where we my son, husband and I stood about 5 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help and the area was fully staffed. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment with my 2 year old who continued to have letdowns because he didn’t feel good. The girl at the desk didn’t care about the fact that we were waiting and her customer service skills were ridiculous. The gentleman that was there stepped in to help me.
