The nurse practitioner that saw us was great when she was examining soon in the room. She finished her examination and said she would give him Tylenol for his fever and left the room with no further instructions. We waited a while in the room then went to the front desk area where we my son, husband and I stood about 5 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help and the area was fully staffed. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment with my 2 year old who continued to have letdowns because he didn’t feel good. The girl at the desk didn’t care about the fact that we were waiting and her customer service skills were ridiculous. The gentleman that was there stepped in to help me. He was the only person we saw that actually had great customer service. When we finally got into a room we waited another 35 minutes which is ridiculous. Made and appointment and still waited an hour. When we got there and checked in, the women behind the desk informed me that it would be 20 min to a half hour. Which I understood, it was busy. But she said it in a very nasty tone, which I found offensive. Even my son commented that she wasn’t very nice. I didn’t say or do anything but bring my sick son in to see a doctor. The staff was wonderful very interactive with my children. This will be the only urgent care facility that I will be bringing my girls too. Easy scheduling and check in office visit was fast too medication was instantly submitted to our pharmacy which other offices I have been too are always delayed.
