Staff nice, Dr was great. They did put us in a room that smelt horrible, finally I noticed human feces on the floor. Told staff and they handled it. Rooms need to be inspected in between patients.

The Staff was very Nice, the atmosphere in there was Nice also. Cool Castle set up. I Loved the Doctor. She was really Nice and knowledgable. My daughter was comfortable with her. My only problem was the wait. We didn't get in until an hour after our appointment time. Also it says they take appointments before walk-ins but the walk-ins were going in first.

I have been to PM pediatrics as a walk-in and with an appointment. The office is clean. The office staff are friendly and professional and the medical team are great with children. It’s so convenient to be able to schedule a same day appointment around convenience when my child is sick.

I would leave no stars if possible I rushed to grab my son from school because he fell and hit his head after working overnite and forgot my wallet in my truck, I offered Venmo, PayPal and Apple wallet and they didn’t have any of that. They couldn’t see my son because I didn’t have a form of payment at the moment, they said they don’t send bills anymore, pieces of shit! Getting $30 copay is more important than looking at my son, go fvck your whole pediatric practice! Never again
