Dr Motlow was excellent. She was made my daughter feel welcomed and even made sure she could understand her with her hearing loss. She was friendly and caring. I would definitely come back here in the future. My daughter said this was the best urgent care to come to. We don’t live close but she asked to come back here in the future.

Singing in was a problem. Front desk person was not much helpful. But the nurse assistant and the registered Nurse were very professional.

This is Henry’s dad. Our experience with your organization is usually excellent. But this time after getting X-rays we were told that there were no fractures. But hours later we got a call explaining that in fact there were 2 breaks. We then went to the emergency room. Spent 10 hours there to find out that there were no fractures. It was difficult to find that out the way we did.
