Racheal Fasano is an amazing nurse. I had to call to speak with the office and then bring my children in and she remembered me days later. She is informative and so kind to the children and the parents. I feel so blessed to have met her and the whole team; they were so supportive and understanding. Thank you!!!
Our experience at PM Pediatric is ALWAYS professional and ALWAYS caring. Dr. O’Malley has actually been checking in to see how my daughter is. All Dr’s and nursing staff, along with the front desk have been amazing. It’s out too choice for our children.

Wonderful medical care and compassion to children being nervous to go to the Dr and having tests done. The staff could use help with cleaning though because the opening crew came into a considerable mess.
Provider/ MD was great. This is our second or third time encountering the medical assistant and she seems a bit in a rush and was a bit harsh with doing the throat culture on my son. She looked a bit disheveled as well. Her appearance could be neater. Front desk assistant is always very nice.
Care and experience were overall excellent. Only problem was the online sign in which had poor UX and was frustrating.

My child received urgent care despite being Mother’s Day, deep appreciation to the staff. And we were discharged with medicine to a 24 hour pharmacy therefore my child received proper medicinal treatment though it was after 6 PM on a Sunday! Thank you
Appointment was efficient and helpful.
