Not happy that it feels like there’s only 2 nurses working and 1 or 2 doctor because the wait times is very long. Wait times have been over 30 minutes even with appointment. Love the nurses and doctors that care for my kids, nothing against them.

Our 3rd visit for the same problem finally got a doc that gave a comprehensive approach and shared some info that could have been shared in the 1st visit !!

So quick and efficient! Gave my daughter the medication (steroid) she needed in the office for croupe, to help avoid an ER visit later that night! The doctor had such great bedside manner and my daughter WILLINGLY drank medicine for the first time..I think ever? She keeps asking to go back to the “yellow hair doctor with the turtle light”!

Yesterday evening, I visited the Commack location with my 16 year old son for an appointment as he has not been feeling well. It was very busy in there, as well. We saw Sandra Cohen and she was absolutely wonderful! Even though it was busy, she apologized for the wait and took her time with us to throughly examine my son. I know how stressful it can be when it’s so busy and so close to closing but she was nothing short of wonderful! We had a great experience with her!
