Quick visit for my infant. The speedy response between checking in and seeing the doctor was great. I also appreciate being given the prescription ahead of time to be filled when needed instead of waiting for 2 days to see if symptoms worsen and having to come back to get checked. PM Pediatrics in FFX is a huge plus for my family.

I visited on a Sunday evening, so the wait time was longer than expected. However, the staff was courteous and professional throughout the visit. Once I was seen, the provider took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The facility was clean, and the care I received was excellent. Considering how busy they were, I appreciated their hard work and would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Quick check-in, no wait. Greeted with a smile and a friendly hello when we walked in. Once in the room the doctor took long to come in, even took longer waiting for x-ray. Dr was not friendly, didn't apologize for the wait or explain the reason for the wait. Did not have a pleasant interaction with the dr. Nurses and front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

We’ve been here several times over the last couple of years, and every time, I’m so impressed by how kind and supportive the doctors are with my (now 11yo) son. He’s a bit sensitive to touch and anxious about going to the doctor (he’s mildly autistic), and they always treat him with such dignity—explaining what to expect, answering every question, and listening carefully to him. I also love that I can schedule online.
