Experience with all of the staff and the provider was great. I felt a little frustrated that the wait time was predicted to be 15 minutes and we waited 2 hours to be seen (for a 3 minute interaction to look in ears and diagnose what we presumed to be an ear infection). I really feel that staffing 2 providers on a Saturday is so important- especially during winter months when kids are more frequently sick. This would really help with the flow and relive the burden from the solo provider.

I made an appointment for my child hoping the appointment time will help the clinic to manage waiting time. Unfortunately, we waited 1.5 hours. There was only one doctor in the clinic which explained the long waiting time. Overall, we had good experience, but will go to another urgent care that is closer given that making an appointment did not make difference in waiting time I would experience elsewhere.
