I visited PM Pediatrics last night with my son and was disappointed with the clinical guidance provided. During the visit, the nurse practitioner mentioned that Zofran works for 24 hours. As a licensed healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience, I knew this was incorrect. I do not disclose my profession during medical visits because I want unbiased care, but accurate counseling is critical for safe decision making. Caring for your family is our priority, and your input helps us improve. We hope to provide you with an exceptional experience during your next visit.
I would recommend considering a children's hospital instead of PM Pediatrics. I took my child there for some tests, and while their website indicated that blood tests were available, I was informed upon arrival that they only conduct nasal swabs. Although I accepted the wait for the results 2to 3 days as they mentioned.I was disappointed to discover after eight days of waiting that the results indicated "Test not performed" due to the type of swab received being unsuitable for the requested testing.

We were indirectly asked to leave when we were still asking questions and confused about the follow up after the treatment. No extra bandage provided. When asked to change dirty bandage after few days they said it will be counted as a visit. Fees will be applied, change it yourself.
The front desk representative was lazy and uninterested and even she was tools things had to be reminded several times that I did not have a phone to complete the online registration, she was obviously doing something else and blamed it on the computer being slow. She tried to do everything she could to deflect and defer the registration. If she did not want to do it, even though there was only one other person inside the lobby she was obviously not busy at the time.. then one other people started to come in. She started hel... read more
