Very long wait, doctor was behind and too rushed to properly assess my son. She dismissed my stated concerns and did not spend adequate time to give him the proper diagnosis. She was trying to get us out of there as fast as possible. And she finished by saying to come back in a few days if it doesn’t get better. I will never take any of my kids back there.

Business response:

Thank you for reaching our to our team! We value all patient feedback and are committed to using it to improve. We want all families to have a positive experience at PM Pediatric Care, and are grateful for the time you've taken to share your thoughts with us.

Our visit was 2 hours total. There were no tests done—Covid, Strep, rsv, etc. for the persistent cough my kid has. We were told that coughs can last up to 8 weeks. Ok. I mentioned giving albuterol, and it seemed like they just used that as a way to treat the cough without providing additional support or possible medication. I spent $50 copay for spending hours in the patient room giving my kid albuterol which I could’ve done at home. Now my pediatrician is contacting me to bring my kid to be followed up with, so that’s ano... read more

I visited PM Pediatrics last night with my son and was disappointed with the clinical guidance provided. During the visit, the nurse practitioner mentioned that Zofran works for 24 hours. As a licensed healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience, I knew this was incorrect. I do not disclose my profession during medical visits because I want unbiased care, but accurate counseling is critical for safe decision making. Zofran has a much shorter duration, and misunderstanding this can lead to delayed attention if sy... read more

I would recommend considering a children's hospital instead of PM Pediatrics. I took my child there for some tests, and while their website indicated that blood tests were available, I was informed upon arrival that they only conduct nasal swabs. Although I accepted the wait for the results 2to 3 days as they mentioned.I was disappointed to discover after eight days of waiting that the results indicated "Test not performed" due to the type of swab received being unsuitable for the requested testing.

It just get worse and worse with each visit. It was great years ago but not anymore. Long wait times (always only one dr available even during flu season), incorrect meds, incorrect pharmacy, rude front desk. Horrible place.

Business response:

Hi, we’re so sorry your visit didn’t meet expectations. We’re committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every child and family, and we’ll use your feedback to guide improvements.

We were indirectly asked to leave when we were still asking questions and confused about the follow up after the treatment. No extra bandage provided. When asked to change dirty bandage after few days they said it will be counted as a visit. Fees will be applied, change it yourself.
