I made an appointment for my child hoping the appointment time will help the clinic to manage waiting time. Unfortunately, we waited 1.5 hours. There was only one doctor in the clinic which explained the long waiting time. Overall, we had good experience, but will go to another urgent care that is closer given that making an appointment did not make difference in waiting time I would experience elsewhere.
