Everything great since the beginning, front desk was very helpful, nurse was good! Doctor listened and explained everything to us!
BEST experience I've ever had with front desk staff at an urgent care , maybe even at a medical office! Chantel was one of the representatives names, but I don't remember the other lady. She worked at the Ashburn office more often. I came by on 8/26 at 8:30 pm with a vomiting little boy and they made a point to see us to ensure he didn't have a concussion.
