Easy to schedule and not a long wait to see the doctor.
The nurse and doctor were great
Great customer service and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing is that my child should have been tested for the flu, it was ruled out just by symptoms. It would have saved us a second trip to the doctor.

My son waited in the exam room for almost an hour before the doctor came to see him. It would have been better if he had been brought in later. Thanks!
Wait time over 1 hour for walk ins on weekend
Yesterday, I along with our son went to herndon facility, and i specifically asked super SMART (pun intended) doctor to check for pneumonia. Appt was at 4.00 (for you to look who came in). Doctor was not ready to do pneumonia test, and she said she knows better what to do. Later in night, we ended up going to ER loudoun (childrens) and kid was diagnosed to have pneumonia.
