Great customer service and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing is that my child should have been tested for the flu, it was ruled out just by symptoms. It would have saved us a second trip to the doctor.

The walk-in visits in the Herndon location is terrible. Working in the medical field for more than 8 years I have learned that the patients needs are very important. This is my third attempt attending this specific with my children and I’m highly disappointed. My child had a high fever of 100.4 and he was severely coughing and vomiting. No testing was completed for my child.
