I truly do like going to PM but I had a terrible experience with them this time around. My daughter came in feeling terrible. I had no problem with the nurse. It was when the doctor came in the problem started. You could see instantly she wasn't all smiles which is completely fine. However, I found her approach very aggressive. Health intake form asked the preferred pronouns of my 3 year old.
I had a bad experience because I took my son there and the doctor gave nothing at all. She didn’t give me a prescription and told me to come back if it keeps on (the bad cough he had). Of course its going to keep going without prescription! She was just trying to get me to come there repeatedly knowing she can finish it up within one visit. I won’t ever come back.
I had an appointment at 2pm but wasn’t seen by the dr until almost 3:30pm and checked my son for about five minutes. Said it was viral and there was nothing to do.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this urgent care, a place where my family has visited over 20 times in the past two years. During a recent visit on 04/16/2024, the front desk named Annelise A was less than accommodating when I explained that I was in between receiving my new insurance card due to a job change, though my coverage was active from day one. I came in for my daughter due to high fever and bad cough. It was all disregarded, no test were run. I ended up taking her to her pediatric doctor. Come to find out my daughter had the flu and if they had ran test at my visit my daughter would’ve been on meds a whole 24hrs prior.
