Great customer service and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing is that my child should have been tested for the flu, it was ruled out just by symptoms. It would have saved us a second trip to the doctor.

My son waited in the exam room for almost an hour before the doctor came to see him. It would have been better if he had been brought in later. Thanks!

Wait time over 1 hour for walk ins on weekend
Yesterday, I along with our son went to herndon facility, and i specifically asked super SMART (pun intended) doctor to check for pneumonia. Appt was at 4.00 (for you to look who came in). Doctor was not ready to do pneumonia test, and she said she knows better what to do. Later in night, we ended up going to ER loudoun (childrens) and kid was diagnosed to have pneumonia. Jill at front desk was rude and dismissive
I truly do like going to PM but I had a terrible experience with them this time around. My daughter came in feeling terrible. I had no problem with the nurse. It was when the doctor came in the problem started. You could see instantly she wasn't all smiles which is completely fine. However, I found her approach very aggressive. My daughter is 4 years old and earlier that week she had gotten the flu shot so she was a bit nervous at the doctor. The doctor wanted to check her ears, but she was getting upset about it.
