Doctor spent 5 mins with us, and seemed in a hurry. No one else was even there. Misdiagnosed my child.

They didn’t diagnose correctly in the first time so they called back as the second day for medication . My daughter went to say doctor for sore throat, minor cough, and the minor headache. They did the strep throat test first that we were told she doesn’t have strep throat so we left. Then the next day they called me back the results come back positive so my daughter does have a strep throat and prescribed with antibiotic. Absolute dumpster fire of an office. I’ve been waiting with a sick toddler for over an hour and a half with an appointment. In that time, no updates, no, you’re next, just literally sitting in an empty room while the staff watches TikTok. You’re literally better off calling the Psychic Hotline than you are ever getting your child seen here, which is probably why they charge your copay up front. The wait time was 2+ hours but the visit itself wasn't even 5 minutes. It felt rushed and the doctor didn't even listen to our concerns.

Everything went well. The delay on the prescription really inconvenienced us. We finished our appointment at 5:45, but the pharmacy didn’t receive the prescription until 8pm, after our child was in bed and unable to utilize it before bed or for school the next day. Because the pharmacy couldn’t have it ready before school due to receiving it late. Prompt prescriptions on urgent issues is essential.
Failed to send urgently needed prescription despite multiple requests. Then sent to wrong pharmacy.

Pretty long wait but great docs. The facility could really use a facelift. Don’t look up, the ceiling is falling apart and the walls need painting. And refresh your art!
The Dr. we saw was good but other than that, it was a mess. The nurse gave twice the medication that a child with our child’s weight should have. We were told that she got confused between 48lb and 48kg (i.e, 105lb). This is not an acceptable mistake for an urgent care clinic that specializes in children.
