We waited for three hours with our sick and distressed 6-year-old, who had a 104°F fever, before being seen by anyone. When we asked the front desk why others were being called ahead of us, we were told that patients with online reservations were given priority over walk-ins. This system is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Horrible business model!

I’m never recommending this place,today I brought my son there ,they kept us waiting for an hour until the doctor came

Even if you book appointment you have to wait 2 hours to be seen by doctor

The provider seemed rush and in a hurry to end the visit. They explicitly informed us that they had other patients so they would not be able to elaborate on their explanation or provide additional information.

Need organization with schedule. I waited over one hour and half with appointment.

Terrible experience. It seems the doctor gave an incorrect diagnosis and even offered an injection of antibiotics (for my 11 month old baby) which was completely unnecessary. Thankfully I got a second opinion from a reputable doctor. Stay away from this place if you want ethical treatment for your child.

The person who saw my daughter was rushed and impersonal. They were informed my daughter was extremely anxious and then proceeded to hands on examine my teenage daughter without explaining what the touching was for or asking for consent from my daughter to touch her at all. We will not return.

He rushed through the appointment and didn’t address the health issue at concerns with my toddler son. I then called the office and they told me just to bring him back for another appointment. No sympathy offered and they were apologetic about the issue. My son have gotten worse since we initially came to visit on 2/10/23.
