The office is short staffed with only 1 doctor seeing both sick and injured kids. The wait time was told that it would be an hour but ended up being 2+ (arrived at 8:20 and wasn’t seen until 11:00) and they close at midnight… Took so long my child fell asleep waiting…. Will never come here again.

We made an appointment but weren’t seen by the provider until 2 hours later. If they know they only have one provider available, there should be a way to tell the booking system that certain times are not available, so they can space out appointments. Or fit in walk-ins at times that there aren’t appointments. Otherwise, I’m not sure what the point is of a booking system that shows available times for booking.

Doctor spent 5 mins with us, and seemed in a hurry. No one else was even there. Misdiagnosed my child.

They didn’t diagnose correctly in the first time so they called back as the second day for medication . My daughter went to say doctor for sore throat, minor cough, and the minor headache. They did the strep throat test first that we were told she doesn’t have strep throat so we left. Then the next day they called me back the results come back positive so my daughter does have a strep throat and prescribed with antibiotic. Absolute dumpster fire of an office. I’ve been waiting with a sick toddler for over an hour and a half with an appointment. In that time, no updates, no, you’re next, just literally sitting in an empty room while the staff watches TikTok. You’re literally better off calling the Psychic Hotline than you are ever getting your child seen here, which is probably why they charge your copay up front. The wait time was 2+ hours but the visit itself wasn't even 5 minutes. It felt rushed and the doctor didn't even listen to our concerns.
