Absolute dumpster fire of an office. I’ve been waiting with a sick toddler for over an hour and a half with an appointment. In that time, no updates, no, you’re next, just literally sitting in an empty room while the staff watches TikTok. You’re literally better off calling the Psychic Hotline than you are ever getting your child seen here, which is probably why they charge your copay up front. The wait time was 2+ hours but the visit itself wasn't even 5 minutes. It felt rushed and the doctor didn't even listen to our concerns.
