Easy to get an appt. Was seen on time with minimal wait. Everyone was so nice and took their time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

Easy checking in for showing up with no appointment. Was told wait time could be an hour and a half to two hours, but decided to stay and glad I did because we were in and out in an hour. Staff was all very friendly and great with my 2 year old son and made him feel more comfortable at a time when he was sick and very uncomfortable.

The staff was great. The check in process is a little rough, couldn’t get stuff to load very well online. Had to still go to the front so they could redo my insurance. Would be easier to have the staff member do it like every other medical office. Other people in the lobby were having same issues.

Great in office visit. The office was clean and the staff was prompt, friendly, addressed our concerns, and showed genuine care for my child. After the visit however, my daughter's prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. (We waited at the 24 hour pharmacy for a long while before giving up and going home to bed).
