Excelentes atenciones tanto de las chicas de servicio al cliente como del Dr. Luma y su asistente Encantada

Hola nancy. Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir su experiencia positiva. ¡Realmente lo apreciamos!
Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience! I arrived for my exclusive appointment for children, I arrived 20 minutes early, there was no parking available. I entered the waiting room which was full of children and patients, I asked the lady at the reception how long I had to wait, the answer really upset me, an hour and a half. I came with a child with a high fever, sore throat, cough. My question would be what is the point of appointments if the waiting time is so long?:(

I brought my son there with a 102.7 fever and body aches among other symptoms. The doctor we saw just said it’s probably the flu. That’s it. Didn’t test him for anything or give him anything. At the very least he could’ve tested him and gave us an actual answer. I asked him to and he refused. I wasted $50 on the copay for this visit and will probably hav to take him somewhere else and pay another copay. I will not go there again.

The office does not accept cash for copayment however there is nothing posted anywhere stating that Secondly, the nurse practitioner who saw my son is an abomination to the nursing profession. As a nurse and former nursing instructor, I was appalled at how bad her assessment skills were. The visit was rushed and unprofessional. The “assessment” was incomplete and done with amateur technique. I am now taking my son to our regular pediatrician for a thorough respiratory assessment. Stay clear of this sham of a practice.

Front desk staff and intake nurse were great. Attentive and thorough. Doctor was very dismissive, saw my toddler running in the room (anfter waiting in the patient room over 30mins) and declared him perfectly healthy. Barely listened to what I had to say about his condition and breezed over the exam. His mind was made up the second he walked in. The next day my son’s earache was worse, we went to a different urgent care, he was ex’s med thoroughly and found that indeed it was an ear infection.

The doctor was great. The wait was short. However they failed to call in the prescription. Even after I called and they admitted to forgetting to do it they failed a 2nd time to submit. I then had to call back again and then they submitted it. It took almost 24 hours to get the medicine after a pneumonia diagnosis. And had I not called multiple times we wouldn’t have gotten the medication at all. Also, since you forgot to send the script over timely I had to leave work to pick it up in the late afternoon instead of my lunch ... read more
