This place doesn’t perform x rays above the back, my son hurt his neck in a car accident. We went to the urgent care to get a x ray on his neck we had to go to another Urgent Care. We never got a chance to see Doctor Luma we were redirected from the front desk. Would like to add the young lady at the front desk was provided us with good customer service.

I arrived as a walk-in patient with my daughter and was informed that there was only one provider available, resulting in an hour-long delay. I opted to proceed with an appointment at their earliest convenience, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I had been waiting since 1:00 PM. Finally, the front desk person called me up for copay and told me I am next. While I am still waiting I noticed another pt (w/o appt) walked in long after me being called in and seen by the doctor before me. I asked the front desk about it. She said "... read more

Appointment was fine. After visit was terrible. Strep culture was positive 2 days later. Doctor called and left a message. The script should have automatically been sent to the pharmacy at this point. I was ill and in urgent care myself and couldn’t call back for 2 hours. Called and spoke with the doctor who said script will be sent in 20 mins. I went to get my meds and waited two hours, calling the office twice and the script still was not sent.
