Doctor brushed off childs symptoms and now I have to take him to a new urgent care tomorrow.

The doctor was great. The wait was short. However they failed to call in the prescription. Even after I called and they admitted to forgetting to do it they failed a 2nd time to submit. I then had to call back again and then they submitted it. It took almost 24 hours to get the medicine after a pneumonia diagnosis. And had I not called multiple times we wouldn’t have gotten the medication at all. Also, since you forgot to send the script over timely I had to leave work to pick it up in the late afternoon instead of my lunch ... read more

Took my son in with multiple symptoms (over the holiday weekend).... I was told from the doctor that it was okay to have a fever for 5 days straight... I did let the doctor know that I had I had giving my son Tylenol about 2 hours ago but when it wears off he goes back down hill. I was told he was fine " A regular kid with a regular cold" ..... I took his word and left... After two days for getting worse called his primary an they took him in, found out he had a double ear infection 😡.... How did the first doctor not see th... read more

My experience in the past was excellent. This time, while the receptionist and nurse were pleasant the doctor was condescending and rude. I will not return as I would not want to deal with him.
