This place doesn’t perform x rays above the back, my son hurt his neck in a car accident. We went to the urgent care to get a x ray on his neck we had to go to another Urgent Care. We never got a chance to see Doctor Luma we were redirected from the front desk. Would like to add the young lady at the front desk was provided us with good customer service.

I arrived as a walk-in patient with my daughter and was informed that there was only one provider available, resulting in an hour-long delay. I opted to proceed with an appointment at their earliest convenience, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I had been waiting since 1:00 PM. Finally, the front desk person called me up for copay and told me I am next. While I am still waiting I noticed another pt (w/o appt) walked in long after me being called in and seen by the doctor before me. I asked the front desk about it. She said "... read more

Appointment was fine. After visit was terrible. Strep culture was positive 2 days later. Doctor called and left a message. The script should have automatically been sent to the pharmacy at this point. I was ill and in urgent care myself and couldn’t call back for 2 hours. Called and spoke with the doctor who said script will be sent in 20 mins. I went to get my meds and waited two hours, calling the office twice and the script still was not sent. He called at 8am and I still didn’t have my child’s script by 1pm. Unacceptable... read more

They never honor our appointment time. We will have to be prepared to wait for at least an hour or so. Our recent wait was 1.5 hrs

I had a scheduled appointment but ended up waiting about an hour and a half to be seen. I completely understand that things can run behind, but I’d appreciate any updates or communication in those situations.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience! I arrived for my exclusive appointment for children, I arrived 20 minutes early, there was no parking available. I entered the waiting room which was full of children and patients, I asked the lady at the reception how long I had to wait, the answer really upset me, an hour and a half. I came with a child with a high fever, sore throat, cough. My question would be what is the point of appointments if the waiting time is so long?:(

I brought my son there with a 102.7 fever and body aches among other symptoms. The doctor we saw just said it’s probably the flu. That’s it. Didn’t test him for anything or give him anything. At the very least he could’ve tested him and gave us an actual answer. I asked him to and he refused. I wasted $50 on the copay for this visit and will probably hav to take him somewhere else and pay another copay. I will not go there again.

The office does not accept cash for copayment however there is nothing posted anywhere stating that Secondly, the nurse practitioner who saw my son is an abomination to the nursing profession. As a nurse and former nursing instructor, I was appalled at how bad her assessment skills were. The visit was rushed and unprofessional. The “assessment” was incomplete and done with amateur technique. I am now taking my son to our regular pediatrician for a thorough respiratory assessment. Stay clear of this sham of a practice.

Front desk staff and intake nurse were great. Attentive and thorough. Doctor was very dismissive, saw my toddler running in the room (anfter waiting in the patient room over 30mins) and declared him perfectly healthy. Barely listened to what I had to say about his condition and breezed over the exam. His mind was made up the second he walked in. The next day my son’s earache was worse, we went to a different urgent care, he was ex’s med thoroughly and found that indeed it was an ear infection.
