Really great experience considering the circumstance of my sick 2 year old. Every staff member was kind and helpful from start to finish. We visited due to my son’s breathing after being sick with a cold. They got him started on treatment quickly and diagnosed an ear infection as well. They talked through how to manage at home and what to look out for and when to come back if needed. We had a 9pm appointment and were back in the exam room at 9:10, leaving for the night at 10:45. I had a great experience at this pediatrics center. There was little to no waiting time, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The doctor was very helpful, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend this office to other families.
