Dr. Pratt and the nurse were amazing-patient, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and all the things. My only complaint was the woman at the front desk was talking on the phone when we walked in and during our check in time (sounded like a personal chit chat conversation) and she was not attentive, warm or kind. She didn’t acknowledge my child and was chatting on the phone in front of us. That type of attitude doesn’t necessarily put you at ease when you’re faced with an urgent situation involving kids.

We got there with my son at 15 minutes before they were closing. The receptionist is always so sweet. They took my son in with my husband as I finished the paperwork. Dr. Pratt looked into my son’s ears and they were so built up with wax. The nurse was so gentle when flushing out my son’s ears. We were in and out within an hour. My son left feeling much better. I absolutely love this place!

This was the first time we went to PM Pediatric urgent care for my 5 year old daughter who had an infection on her finger. Dr. Deshpande and the nurse were extremely professional, kind and compassionate with my daughter who was very nervous and scared to be there. I really appreciate all they did to help my daughter.
