I would have appreciated having a more thorough assessment, lung sounds to be auscultated under my son’s two layers of clothing, his throat was never looked at or nose. I realize we went there for a possible ear infection, but I would think checking his throat and nose would be standard assessments for a congested, sick, 2 yr old that cannot properly vocalize everything he is feeling.

Didn't make an appointment online and waited on a Saturday morning for 2 hrs. Patients were being seen that came in the door after us at least 6 patients went before us.

Great experience scheduling, the office was clean, nurses were efficient and quick. Thungs went downhill when the nurse practitioner came. I went with all 3 of my kids, all with the same symptoms and felt rushed and not listened to by the nurse practitioner who saw us. My son even commented that she was dismissive and rude to me when I asked about allergy meds. We left after 3 full copays, being looked at for a total of 4 minutes for 3 kids, with zero advice on meds or help. 2 out of 3 woke with croup this morning. Fru... read more

I have to say this was my worst experience ever, my kids were sick with Flu symptoms and Dr did not have the patience to explain anything, had it not been for the nurse in charge that was nice enough to do the Dr.’s job old Indian Dr. can’t even remember his name horrible ! Don’t even know what he is doing at facility with kids, worst experience flat like I wasted my money no results no answers

Doctor at this urgent care didn’t diagnose properly whether it was just skin peel or a deep cut and advice us to visit ER while it needed just bandage. We ended up wasting our time and money. Sheer Stupidity. Why at first place to open up the Clinic if you don’t willing to serve. All staff was disaster : They Gestured to each other we felt like they showed middle finger to my 11 yrs old. Dr was in our exam room for 2 minutes if that. Barely looked at my son to examine his issue. Felt so brushed off and rushed. Spent more time with the nurse doing intake then the Dr spent with us. She didn’t ask any questions and just diagnosed us.

The nurses and receptionist were amazing helpful and friendly. The PA who saw us was in and out in two sec . I felt rushed and unheard. I start to give a back story I get cut off mid sentence and am told yea they told me already. (Prior to her coming in they did a strep test on my child due to symptoms she was presenting) I then finished explaining the symptoms (rash included) she then says yes looks like strep washes her hands and goes to leave.
