We needed help late at night, and PM was opened! My Grand-daughter had a pierced earring embedded in her lobe! Dr. Pratt and staff were awesome, caring, personal, and very attentive to the family and their patient! All done in minutes and with happy child, happy family! So very grateful, thank you all!
