Dr was in our exam room for 2 minutes if that. Barely looked at my son to examine his issue. Felt so brushed off and rushed. Spent more time with the nurse doing intake then the Dr spent with us. She didn’t ask any questions and just diagnosed us.

The nurses and receptionist were amazing helpful and friendly. The PA who saw us was in and out in two sec . I felt rushed and unheard. I start to give a back story I get cut off mid sentence and am told yea they told me already. (Prior to her coming in they did a strep test on my child due to symptoms she was presenting) I then finished explaining the symptoms (rash included) she then says yes looks like strep washes her hands and goes to leave. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at your pediatric urgent care center on North Brunswick location February 14th at 7:20 pm. I had made an appointment for my child, and despite arriving on time, we had to endure an excessive wait of two hours before being seen by the doctor.
