Infants temperature was not taken correctly with a rectal or underarm thermometer. Doctor dismissed saying there’s no fever when in fact there was and they didn’t repeat temperature despite my request. Additionally i left with no understanding of why my baby is sick. They incorrectly explained the urine test for baby Saying the only way a urine sample can ever be taken from a 10 month old baby with out contamination is catheter, when in fact a urine bag can be used.

The nurse practitioner just diagnosed something to get done with it. It did not help my son at all.

Worst experience with billing. Charged 160 for a single visit after accepting insurance. Will never visit and recommend to anyone.

I would have appreciated having a more thorough assessment, lung sounds to be auscultated under my son’s two layers of clothing, his throat was never looked at or nose. I realize we went there for a possible ear infection, but I would think checking his throat and nose would be standard assessments for a congested, sick, 2 yr old that cannot properly vocalize everything he is feeling.

Didn't make an appointment online and waited on a Saturday morning for 2 hrs. Patients were being seen that came in the door after us at least 6 patients went before us.
