I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the service I received at your pediatric urgent care center on North Brunswick location February 14th at 7:20 pm. I had made an appointment for my child, and despite arriving on time, we had to endure an excessive wait of two hours before being seen by the doctor.
