Wow. Just wow. I made an appt for my son's eye, we thought it might have been pink eye. We were in the room before our appt time and I think our whole stay there was less than an hour. This was phenomenal compared to the last urgent care I took my kids to, we were there for 3 hours. The staff were all so nice, the waiting room and exam rooms are decorated for kids and a TV in the exam room as well. We will be back for any future urgent care needs for my kids.
Everyone who works here is amazing! From the ladies at the front desk to all of the doctors and nurses…they truly are the very best. Our son had just turned one and he had to get stitches in his forehead after a bad fall. As a first-time-mom at the time, it was so comforting to be in their care, and the doctor did a fantastic job with his stitches. I wish I could remember her name! I highly recommend this place, but I hope I don’t have to go anytime soon. 😆
My 10 month old was having an allergic reaction to what we found out was tree nuts. We took him to PM Pediatric and received wonderful care. Staff was extremely friendly, kind and it was evident that they all truly care about the little ones they see. Tom and Alida were both excellent care givers and did a great job of putting our minds at ease knowing that everything was going to be okay. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics and will be sure to return in the future if their services are needed.
From the front desk staff to the Dr., I was so impressed with this facility. They were quick and very thorough. The entire staff genuinely cares about the patient and listens and allows you time to ask questions. My daughter is 18 and she said that is the nicest staff and made her feel so comfortable. The popsicle and Gatorade at the end was the cherry on top! Such a sweet touch that made my daughter smile for the first time all day. We will be back!
Wonderful practice. If you are in need of an excellent children’s urgent care this is the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quick and easy. We book an appointment as we were driving in and did all of our paperwork in the car on the way.
