Provider was rude and has no patience with children. Pretty ridiculous since she works at a pediatric office.

Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were awesome. Really addressed my kids well and made sure they weren’t intimidated. Wait time was minimal because we made an appointment. Check in portal is horrendous and doesn’t work half the time. The front desk girl who was working was super uninviting and cold. Barely looked up and almost seemed I was annoying her when I had trouble with check in.
No wait, great customer service, always a flawless experience!

We stopped in for a nursemaids elbow but the physician wasn’t able to help improve my daughter’s condition and made it even worse. To be fair, we had visited another UC for the same issue, but they didn’t seem to completely fix her , hence our second visit to the WakeMed UC. After a few tweaks of my daughter’s elbow, conditions got worse and the physician didn’t have any other recommendations for us and then sent us home. The billing process was terrible. Just today the claim is starting to show up and the entire time your company holds a deposit. For what? File the claim the next business day and don't hold a deposit the entire time. I still have to check that it is refunded. The front desk wasn't aware of your billing process either. When I called the billing department they understood what is going on. So I'm being punished for your poor business practices.

Well I really didn't feel as if the Dr tried to actually diagnose my child She wasn't tested for the flu or anything else. She had high fevers and a cough with congestion. All symptoms were very much flu like and the Dr says it's most likely a cold. I know she doesn't have a cold.
Poor care from the doctor!!!

The office had an overwhelming fragrance of Fabuloso floor cleaner. It was in the lobby, the exam rooms, and the back area. The doctor we saw said that my son was fine, but he'd send a script to the pharmacy in case I felt like I needed it, only after my insistence that my son wasn't lying about the pain. I filled the script the next day and gave it my son with little resolve. Two after the visit I knew something was wrong and went to the pediatrician.
