Easy to make an appointment online for the same day. Wait time was okay. Nurse was friendly and patient with my daughter. Biggest complaint is that no staff members wear masks and there are so many sick kids in waiting room at ages where they could wear a mask as well. This is the first medical facility I have been to post COVID where this was the case. Even at JMA majority of the staff wear masks. We’ve been to PM pediatrics several times with both children. The doctors are phenomenal- feels more like a primary care instead of an urgent care

Provider was fantastic. My child has asthma and can be tricky to diagnose and treat when he has upper respiratory illnesses. Brandy Bonner was the PA that seen my son at his visit and she was super attentive, knowledgeable and not afraid to give meds to make my kid feel better!! We went in late on a Sunday and she gave him his first dose of medication before we left the office since pharmacies were closed. We will definitely be back!

The service here was amazing. I had to bring my child in on thanksgiving as we were visiting from out of town. I’m glad I found this place. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctor they are so kind and caring and answered any questions that I had. If I ever need to bring my child to urgent care here in Cary I would definitely bring them back here.
