The front desk acknowledge you right away and tell you what needs to be done for check-in. Once I was checked-in I did not wait long. The doctor and nurse on duty on 3/17/24 were friendly and attentive to my child's need. The doctor answered all questions and was not in a rush to be finished.

We stopped in for a nursemaids elbow but the physician wasn’t able to help improve my daughter’s condition and made it even worse. To be fair, we had visited another UC for the same issue, but they didn’t seem to completely fix her , hence our second visit to the WakeMed UC. After a few tweaks of my daughter’s elbow, conditions got worse and the physician didn’t have any other recommendations for us and then sent us home. The billing process was terrible. Just today the claim is starting to show up and the entire time your company holds a deposit. For what? File the claim the next business day and don't hold a deposit the entire time. I still have to check that it is refunded. The front desk wasn't aware of your billing process either. When I called the billing department they understood what is going on. So I'm being punished for your poor business practices.

Well I really didn't feel as if the Dr tried to actually diagnose my child She wasn't tested for the flu or anything else. She had high fevers and a cough with congestion. All symptoms were very much flu like and the Dr says it's most likely a cold. I know she doesn't have a cold.
