Provider was rude and has no patience with children. Pretty ridiculous since she works at a pediatric office.

Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were awesome. Really addressed my kids well and made sure they weren’t intimidated. Wait time was minimal because we made an appointment. Check in portal is horrendous and doesn’t work half the time. The front desk girl who was working was super uninviting and cold. Barely looked up and almost seemed I was annoying her when I had trouble with check in.
No wait, great customer service, always a flawless experience!

We stopped in for a nursemaids elbow but the physician wasn’t able to help improve my daughter’s condition and made it even worse. To be fair, we had visited another UC for the same issue, but they didn’t seem to completely fix her , hence our second visit to the WakeMed UC. After a few tweaks of my daughter’s elbow, conditions got worse and the physician didn’t have any other recommendations for us and then sent us home.
