I’ve been to the place twice and both times walked out without both my animals because they wanted thousands of dollars just to tell me what was wrong with them just cause I couldn’t afford it they said we can put the cats down , they couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with them even with the 160 bucks up front I had to pay I hope this place gets closed down for not caring and over charging people , I will make sure I let everyone know about this heartless over charging place , they even acted like they care saying aww I’m... read more

My daughter was boarding her dog with someone off the @Rover app and the girl messaged saying Perry had been bitten by a bug but once she picked him up and had taken him to Points East they informed her that it was a snake bite and they would need a $1000. My daughter is currently in transition and cash is tight main reason she was boarding. Long story the vet told her “the best I can do for you is not charge you $125 for just looking at him “ 💁🏽‍♀️ but yet they were just bringing in a stray dog that had been hit by a car ... read more

I’ve had two different experiences here. The most recent was with my sweet boy Loki. He suffered an astronomical amount of injuries from being attacked (not on my watch) and they met us at the door to take him back and clean him up/stitch and put multiple drains on him. The worked around the clock for almost two days until he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. They were extremely patient with my best friend and I as we called and visited him multiple times a day. They also did a great job at keeping us updated and ad... read more

Brit at points east is the bomb!! She has saved two of my animals now!!! She made me aware of Pyometra in my older female dog Ruthie whose passed away now……& Ruthie was septic but Brit sat with her all night long because she was non stop verbal crying every time she had surgery! That was miracle number 1, well my dumb self got a new puppy who was sick 🤢 and became critical at the time we brought him to points east and Brit’s dog Callie donated blood 🩸 for Jeremiah ( the new puppy) and they kept him on oxygen for a few days... read more

So incredibly grateful to Points East Veterinary Hospital- my cat Farrah was lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. They took such incredible care of her while she was admitted. She was there almost 3 days. They let us come visit her as well while she was admitted which made such a stressful time bearable. She's home now resting and is doing so much better! We received her medications, detailed care instructions, and all of her paperwork. Thank you so much for saving Farrah!

My 2 year old Yorkie, Benji, got hit by a car Saturday morning. I called his vet & they referred me to Points East Veterinary Emergency. I called them immediately & the lady got all my info & said when we pull up to call back & someone would meet me at the door to get Benji. I thought "wow, they are on it". When we arrived the lady did meet us at the door but just took Benji's vitals & sat us back in the lobby to wait! There was 2 people that came in after us & they both went straight to the back when we were tokd there were... read more
