I’ve had two different experiences here. The most recent was with my sweet boy Loki. He suffered an astronomical amount of injuries from being attacked (not on my watch) and they met us at the door to take him back and clean him up/stitch and put multiple drains on him. The worked around the clock for almost two days until he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. Brit at points east is the bomb!! She has saved two of my animals now!!! She made me aware of Pyometra in my older female dog Ruthie whose passed away now……& Ruthie was septic but Brit sat with her all night long because she was non stop verbal crying every time she had surgery! That was miracle number 1, well my dumb self got a new puppy who was sick 🤢 and became critical at the time we brought him to points east and Brit’s dog Callie donated blood 🩸 for Jeremiah ( the new puppy) and they kept him on oxygen for a few days... read more
So incredibly grateful to Points East Veterinary Hospital- my cat Farrah was lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. They took such incredible care of her while she was admitted. She was there almost 3 days. They let us come visit her as well while she was admitted which made such a stressful time bearable. She's home now resting and is doing so much better! We received her medications, detailed care instructions, and all of her paperwork. Thank you so much for saving Farrah!
Just an awesome facility. I appreciate everything they did for my cat Jax who's diabetic and was having some serious issues. Unable to utilize my local vet on Saturday I had to make the long drive to Points East from White Oak. Unfamiliar with this facility, I arrived and expected an unacceptable wait time, but they took Jax in immediately and went to work on him running tests. Very kind staff. They worked diligently to assist myself and the kitty I brought in for urinary issues. Clean building, clean exam rooms and the vets were very professional and kind.
