RecommendedMy Mini-Poodle was favoring one foot after being knocked over while playing with my slightly bigger puppy. Points East got us in and treated in a very timely manner. They were kind and considerate, price was less than I expected and the entire building was spotless which I can’t always say for my own vet. Thank you so much.
I came in last night with my dachshund girl who had eaten a lot of chocolate. She had tremors,high heart rate, bloated. They immediately took her back for treatment. I could call thru the night to check on her and they were so considerate and informative about everything that was going on with her. A truly amazing place….after spending the day with her normal vet today she is home and recovering. Can’t thank y’all enough!

We live in Greenville and our dog was having seizures that were uncontrollable. Our own Pitt county animal clinic was full of emergencies and unable to take us. Points East Veterinary Specialty hospital agreed to take us so we drove the 45 min to Wilson. They were wonderful over the phone and in person. They were able to stabilize her so we could take her to a higher level of care and be admitted to NC State veterinary hospital where she is still receiving care. We took our precious, Cullen in this week after coming home and finding him in distress. They treated him and our family with such love and respect in his final moments. I highly recommend them! I would love for our husky to go there for her normal vet care!
The staff & vets are so friendly, caring and committed to assisting in caring for your pet during an emergency. Crying tears of joy & appreciation I got to bring this sweet baby home after accidental poisoning!!!!!!

I woke up 3am to my house smelling horrible, come to find out my shepherd mix was having explosive bloody diarrhea and vomiting. I was unable to get her under control and took her to the emergency vet. Dr. S. was very nice and understanding. I was seen immediately and they ran bloodwork on my baby. She isn’t normally good around other people but they were so gentle she didn’t mind them at all.
