Again, we had another situation last night, that required a visit to the emergency vet, and again, we were met with genuine concern and kindness. We were fortunate that even though there was only one doctor on call, we came in and we’re immediately put into a room. Gage, and Dr. Clemens we’re wonderful. Front desk clerks? Absolutely wonderful. The death of a beloved pet is never easy, but the compassion shown to me and my pup made a horrible experience so much easier to bear. The quiet room where I could just sit and say goodbye to Rufus, give him last hugs and kisses was a marvelous idea. Never before have I been afforded this option. I could stay as long as I wanted, no rushing to make way for the next client. The hugs and kind words from everyone showed how much they cared. my dog Molly devoted tremors and an inability to stand up. Pointseast vet hospitol very quickly figured out she had invested some type of pesticide. I remembered we had just put down ortho fire ant granules the day before. they treated her and saved her life. I am greatful
Very understanding, professional and caring staff. Very understanding to my fur baby as well as with me I will definitely use them again should I need their services in the future
Since it was Good Friday, our regular veterinarian’s office was closed. We had an emergency with our cat that required immediate attention since he had had a recent surgery. Points East is who is referred after hours and we were very glad they were able to accommodate us immediately, and gave us wonderful attention. We came home with medication and some special food for our cat, along with a good treatment plan that will be followed up by our regular vet.
