RecommendedWe brought our cat Bob in last night with a broken leg and large open wound on his other leg. He was an outside cat and lived at my husband's place of employment and would not of been happy being an inside kitty. He came home yesterday after being missing a week badly injured. 5 out of 5 🌟 Especially having to contact them after hours, on a major holiday at 11pm but it didn't matter. All staff was willing to help in any way and really took our situation seriously. They were prompt and from the first phone call i immediate felt comfortable bringing my dog in. Points East was so helpful and kind with helping my family through the loss of our 13 year old dog. We called them in a panic on a Sunday afternoon when our regular vet’s office was closed and our dog went into cardiac arrest. They were willing to get us in right away, but she died before we were able to get her there. They handled her body so respectfully, staff was very compassionate, and they returned her ashes to us in the sweetest package with a signed card. Points East took EXCELLENT care of our dog who was hit by a semi. Our dog is home and doing great because of the care they gave him!
I recommend them. If a puppy was so sick that he died shortly after arriving, maybe he should have been vaccinated by the owners?
I was turned away from 2 other vets and found this place. I called, was told to come right in and had no wait when I arrived. Everyone there was was nice and helpful. Both the vet who did my dogs exams and the vet who did his surgery overnight were well educated and informative. They saved my dogs life and we are very grateful. They are very upfront about their fees and that is helpful as well.
Dr. Quinn attended Emma today. Emma is a pit bull mix about 7 years old who was abandoned 6 days ago. She was scratching herself to the point that she was bleeding. The staff cleaned and dressed her wounds, and Dr. Quinn provided a complete assessment of Emma’s health that will be invaluable in addressing her health issues. A terrific team!
