Get directionsWe took our small dog in on a Sunday for coughing up blood. They proceeded to do an unnecessary Parvo test that came up negative. They then proceeded to charge $125 for an exam and the veterinarian couldn’t find anything wrong. She claimed they would have to do extensive bloodwork and X-rays which would cost around $900. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing, especially now after her regular vet found issues they missed during the exam. We declined and took our pet to her normal vet on Monday. The vet immediatel... read more
Took one of my bottle-fed 3 week old kittens due to pooping concerns. Luckily it turned out to be a simple fix and an antibiotic. The staff and vet were great. It was a wait, but they made sure to communicate that to me when I called and that they triage as needed. The kitten was examined as soon as I got there. I did wait. I expected to wait. And the moment they had a room, we were seen immediately and every staff member was amazing. I will return if I need emergency services in the future.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience in this place with my puppy. The medical advice was not the most professional and we were prompted to perform surgery on our dog that he did not need. It is unfortunate that in institutions like this one the opportunity to make money prevails, before the welfare of the puppies. I do not recommend this place at all.
After calling to let the lady know we need some help we don’t know what’s wrong with our puppy. She told us to come in but why didn’t you tell me THE FIRST TIME that the gps wasn’t going to read y’all NEW area good! Smh had me all over Fayetteville because I didn’t know so after me driving around she finally tells me where to go or what to look for smh. Gets there it’s $125 but still didn’t diagnose her with anything! Yall talking about she’s fine, but her eyes is dilated? My mother asking how is that?? Y’all talking about s... read more
Thank you so much to the Dr and staff that were working tonight 9-25-21. My sweet girl Iris had opened her incision from where she had been spayed this past Monday at her vet. The staff was so amazing and so caring. I watched as they were so compassionate to other people who were having a much worse night than we were. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet girl and me too! ❤️❤️
This is a really difficult review for me. With COVID protocols I only met the staff when they came to my car, or over the phone. We had a puppy who wouldn’t stop vomiting. We brought him in on a Saturday, they did X-Rays, blood work, and an ultrasound. Sunday morning they released him back to us and said they fed him and regurgitated a little. I get him home and he’s vomiting multiple times. I bring him back and we’re in the car at least 4 hours before he’s seen again. I get it, it’s an emergency clinic, and emergency situat... read more
A huge thank you to all who helped with a dog that was accidentally ran over by the owner. My rescue, Pet Angel Fund was contacted by the owner to help with funds and soon as the dog arrived at the vet no time was wasted treating this dog. Sadly she didn't make it but a big thank you to all tonight.
ZERO!!! Zero stars for this awful place!!!! Not only did they misspell our cats information on all of her remains we paid for, but the ALSO called me at 9pm on a Sunday night to inform me that they “purged” her kennel when we went back to pick it up with her remains!!! AFTER they told us we could pick it up when we picked up her remains! THEN they said we could “bring back her clay paw print(which looked like a toddler did it) and they could re-do it”. Um…..how can you redo her paw print in clay when we have her ashes on our... read more
