NO! Do not bring your pets to this circus! We lost our fur baby this morning and $800 later. He didn't make it there 5 hours. They were more concerned as to why we didn't have him neutered and, in a fence, then to get him help quickly. I called 2 hours later to check on him and still wasn't hooked to oxygen. This is suppose to be an ER and there is one Dr. in the place. People were leaving mad after sitting 45 minutes with their sick pets. We sat in a room an hour without our dog waiting for someone to come in. We never ... read more
This place is a joke! They want to accuse you of being bad pet owners and belittle you when all you want is your pet taken care of. They actually need to be shut down. I hope the doctor that was on call on 6/11-6/12/2022 gets the chance for someone to treat them the way they made my kids feel. I hope you go through every emotion that you made them feel and someone take your money before you attempt to do anything and then do nothing when you get it. I hope you have the day you deserve. Find another occupation.
This place is horrible!! From the moment you try and call them to the time you take your pet in!! I have been here twice with two different pets. Learned my lesson as I will NOT ever go back!!! Each time they seems like they care. Treat your pet. Charge you an arm and leg. Your pet is still sick, go to there vet the next morning and find out it’s totally NOT what they have said or charged you for. This is ridiculous!!! RecommendedI had to bring my girl there today for a Bad UTI and they were so accommodating. For my office visit, an x-ray , ultrasound ,a urine draw and two prescriptions to come home with was a total of $387 I was pleasantly surprised for an emergency vet hospital. Everyone in there was so nice. There was a lot of people ahead of me and I’m sure having a UTI was not at the top of the list of emergencies I was out of there within five hours. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. I am originally from the High Point NC area, but was in Fayetteville for business and my doodle needed to be seen. The service, care and professionalism here is 5 star and they were able to diagnose and explain the specifics of my baby girls condition very well. If you live in Fayetteville and have a loved pet that needs emergency care, Points East Vet is the first place I would go, no contest. At this point I am very thankful for them.
They were very nice and thorough and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby there.
Dr. Stephanie Wells our veterinary and her staff were extremely caring and sincerely thoughtful with real compassion and care!!!
The wait was quite long, but really passionate and really nice people working in that place.
