Get directionsI would carry a RAT to these rude no bedside manor vets. To take our Daughter and Sonlaws money and do nothing for this working/service dog only to say her condition is life threatening but want say what it is but to just leave her overnight for another $2000 on top of the $600 already paid when arrived. This place is a serious joke. Would not recommend to anyone period.
Points East took EXCELLENT care of our dog who was hit by a semi. Our dog is home and doing great because of the care they gave him!
I recommend them. If a puppy was so sick that he died shortly after arriving, maybe he should have been vaccinated by the owners?
Truly evil to let this poor puppy with parvo die. The owners had raised quite a bit and were still getting donations. You should have started care if you care anything about animals.
Our 550.00 wasn't good enough. THE PUPPY DIED IN THE CAR AND SUFFERED. URGENT CARE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE MONEY WE HAD BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT Points East Veterinary Emergency Hospital is ridiculous. We had 200.00 that was called in but URGENT CARE told them to call me then we had 350.00 Freaking ridiculous. The puppy gasped for air in the car and the owner had yo witness this. So instead of starting treatment for the dog they sent the dog back to the car until we had 980.00 for the... read more
Friend took their six week old puppy there and the hospital refused service until full $980 deposit was made, even though they had more than half of the money
I do not recommend this place to anyone but unfortunately this is the only place open after hours now. Several years ago (when they had a different name) my husband took his cat who had eaten chicken bones (his brother had left when out while visiting) and she got sick. We didn’t have much at the time but she had one removed in her mouth and nasal cavities flushed. Because we had decided not to undergo surgery and just go home with antibiotics (mind you she did go under to be flushed) they wrote on the paperwork “Refused tre... read more
I was turned away from 2 other vets and found this place. I called, was told to come right in and had no wait when I arrived. Everyone there was was nice and helpful. Both the vet who did my dogs exams and the vet who did his surgery overnight were well educated and informative. They saved my dogs life and we are very grateful. They are very upfront about their fees and that is helpful as well.
Dr. Quinn attended Emma today. Emma is a pit bull mix about 7 years old who was abandoned 6 days ago. She was scratching herself to the point that she was bleeding. The staff cleaned and dressed her wounds, and Dr. Quinn provided a complete assessment of Emma’s health that will be invaluable in addressing her health issues. A terrific team!
