It's been OK, have gone thru 2 filters after going to the pool store and being told about another filter that helps not blow out the inline filter it works much better and I'm not going thru filters. The Polaris should come with the filter.

We replaced a “top of the line” Pentair Racer with this unit and the difference is night and day. This unit moves all over the pool, not just in weird, repetitive patterns. It performs remarkably better than the Racer and I’m upset I didn’t toss the Racer to the curb sooner.
It is a replacement to a previous Polaris model. Seems to climb the walls better .
This would be our 3rd polaris purchase .. they are awesome at first but after or around year 3 the wheels stop working we constantly have to take it in to our local pool supply store who fixes the problem at no charge which is good but there really isn't anything else out there better than the polaris so we just replace when it stops doing it the job

OK but we were told by the dealer that we would get a $200 rebate and they did the book work for us and the rebate was only $125. Sweep work good just wish the bag was larger, we have lots of leaves.
P 39 3900 Sport, this is my Year experience , After 7 times to the shop, a tech from Zodiac visit, and now again back to the shop, we bought this unit 06/05/2016. I am totally feed up with it. Every time the want me to troubleshoot, do this or that, what is the RPM, folks I am not pool expert but i am at my wits end on this product. Sent pictures, videos, and etc WORTHLESS would be my best answer.We have had quite a few pools but this unit is beyond anything I have ever put in a pool.

Had it 6 months and been in the shop more than the pool, hose keeps wrapping, speed adjustment, hose inline screen collapsed casing unit not to function, now the unit floats to the top when off and one wheel always up when cleaning. Ask for help but nothing yet, very expensive toy.
