Works great. The only con is the cord to the polaris. It is stiff and gets twisted up making it hard to roll up to store. I owned a Dolphin Supreme and the cord was very flexible and rolled up easy. I like the 1 piece basket over the Dolphin. The 60ft cord is just very aggravating and wish it would roll up easy. Reminds me of old hose pipes that fight you when rolling it up. Not sure why the engineers didnt catch this when designing it. Thanks

Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory; 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool; 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location; 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. Nice unit! Replaced old Aqua Bot, love the rinse out debris box! Only wish would be a way around the timer!

We like it! It’s easy to use & picks up most of the debris. It does leave a leaf or two.

It is working fine. I do miss the timer that was on our 9540 sport, Other than that, it works fine.

Typically it would take 4 hours for me to clean my pool. With the polar cleaner I'm able to do other things with my family while it cleans for me.

Works great in a pretty large 16 X 34 semi-in ground pool. I had a lot of very fine sand and had to buy the ultra-fine filter but no regrets after 1 month.
